Satin Dolls Travelogue Series 3: Mutianyu Great Wall Scenic Site 慕田峪长城

Dear folks, I RARELY post pics of travelogues in this very site because usually I dedicate this site to model shoots (however, my photography is NOT ALWAYS about models, RIGHT? Hehehehe) - and lo and behold, this is the first in the series of a few destinations - enjoy!

  1. Behind the trees lie a donkey - but mind you...it's OWNED by an old peasant...
Donkeys and mules are also usual tourist attractions in mountainous scenic spots in Mainland China - but their role is simply this - they become photoshoot models - and mind you, they are CHARGEABLE - perhaps 50 Renminbi (Yuan) - thereabout.....folks, NEVER ATTEMPT TO SNAP THESE ANIMALS FOR FREE while it's being tended by its owner...VERY TROUBLESOME...

Besides Mutianyu, another province (Zhejiang) which has a mountainous scenic spot (YandangShan - 雁荡山 just outside Wenzhou city) also has an old owner of a mule/donkey just for the same role.....

    For keeps and public info
