Perak Travelogue: Please Call Me Enggor or Karai.....
Enggor town or more commonly known as Karai town, houses a very significant landmark of Malaysian railway history - the Victoria Bridge - built in 1900, that bridge served passing trains for a little more than 100 years before it was replaced by a concrete bridge which holds two railway lines which accommodates KTM's North-bound electrified double-tracking railway project, whereas the Victoria Bridge held only one line - plus, some pre-war shophouses' shots of Karai town.......Karai is a town about 3 km left turn along the trunk road between Kuala Kangsar and Sungai Siput towns in Perak State.
